Bio

Ryan is a documentarian, photographer, and passionate pursuer of sustainable living. Ryan has always looked for positive solutions to balance the disharmony he sees around him. After having been involved in all types of activism, education, political, and community oriented projects, he found himself on a path towards living in intentional community on the land. He has met many people along his journey who share this same vision, and he sees sustainable communities as a positive solution for change in this world. So why doesn’t he just go and do this? It is “within reach”...but first, he wants to reach within. Once he reaches within, it is his hope to find the right people, the right environment, and even the right theme to join or start his own community. Even better, and more idealistically, he hopes to be able to live with anyone anywhere once his inner process has evolved to allow this ability in his life. It is with great hope that he documents this journey, for a positive future for us and future generations.
